  • Back to school with CBU

It's that time of year again when summer is winding down and schools are getting prepared for the new academic year.  California Baptist University, who is located in the heart of Riverside, is gearing up for the droves of students who are anxiously awaiting their upcoming class and homework engagements.  For the new students who will be starting their first year at CBU they will be needing directory signs telling them where to go.  We printed some signs on Coroplast material for the Welcome Students event...let's take a look.

    CBU_directory_signs

Wow! These look amazing.  Printing on Coroplast is a great material choice since it is durable, works well both inside and out, and is so cost effective.  California Baptist University wanted bright, bold informational signs that stand out so students will know where to go.  If you haven't seen this awesome campus before, it is very large and continues to grow, so directory signs are most helpful.directory_signs

Here are more signs that California Baptist uses for new students.  These Coroplast signs were custom sized and hand cut and will be displayed all around the campus.  Let's not forget how to display these signs...you can stand them up on an easel or place an H Stake at the bottom.  display_signs

Meet Mr. H Stake!  This metal stand gives Coroplast signs the ability to be placed in the ground and holds them upright for great visual presence.

Well,  it is time to sharpen those pencils and grab your backpack, California Baptist University is calling all new students.

  • Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art, Culture, & Industry

    cheech_marin_center_riverside_signage_banner4sale_chicano_art (1)

Cheech Marin or Richard Anthony “Cheech” Marin is well known as a director, actor, writer, and voice actor. What many don’t know about him is that he is the owner of the most renowned collection of Chicano art in the entire United States. How impressive is that? This past month has been a huge month for both Marin, the city of Riverside, and the Riverside Art Museum. The city of Riverside has decided to move forward with plans to build a public place to display all of Marin’s collection. Marin’s collection includes over 700 paintings, sculptures, and photos.

The city of Riverside will be holding a public hearing on May 16, 2017 in order to discuss the building of the center. Although the building is not confirmed at the moment we still had the pleasure of producing some signage for the possible upcoming center.

    cheech_marin_center_riverside_signage_banner4sale_chicano_art (2)

The durable event signs show a photo of what the center would possibly look like and just a short description about the center and where it would be located. The center would actually be located in the space presently occupied by the city's main library which will be relocated if the center is confirmed.

We are excited to see further progression with the talk about the center and hope to hear good news soon! The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art, Culture, & Industry would be an amazing addition to the city of Riverside!

  • Banners and Yard Signs are Perfect for Advertising: Here's Why

Whenever a business that sells goods/services develops a new product or service, company owners need to find the best way to promote their product. That's when proper marketing and product promotion becomes crucial. It can be difficult - which is why we recommend using vinyl banners and coroplast signs to do the work for you.

You're probably wondering - why custom vinyl banners? Aren't they a little old-fashioned?   It's true, banners have been around for a long time - and that's no surprise. Why? Because vinyl banners are proven to be one of the most effective methods for advertising. Typically, our banners are made with the best latex ink and vinyl that money can buy. Our customers love them because they're cost-efficient, reusable, durable, and are usually large enough to gain attention. Banners are typically eye-catching, attention-grabbing, and visually appealing. A banner (if made correctly) can spread the word about your business to many potential consumers.

Here's an example of a large banner we've made in the past: outdoor_vinyl_banner_autotrader

So yes, vinyl banners may be an old-fashioned method of advertising, - but they're definitely not going anywhere anytime soon!

play-hard-diggerland-usa-large-banner-durable-banner-cheap-banner-large-vinyl-banner-event-banner So banners are great - what about coroplast signs? Coroplast yard signs are also a great alternative for banners, and are very effective for advertising new products and services. They are made of durable corrugated plastic instead of vinyl, and are often placed in front of homes and businesses. Even though they are much smaller than banners, they can still serve the same purpose and are equally as effective for promotions. Coroplast signs are also cost effective, weather-resistant, and eye-catching.

Here's a sign we've made to advertise the local farmer's market:

Banners and coroplast signs are great ways to market your products and services to local consumers - at a low cost too!

  • UCR Directional Signage

Directional signage is perfect for large areas and big locations. Maps are great, but sometimes they aren't as easy to read and figure out. The University of California, RIverside boasts one of the largest school campuses in California, so they're always in need of directional signage!

Take a look at one of these signs we've recently made for their campus:

    ucr-directional-signage-yard-sign-coroplast-sign2

Cool, right? When you've got a campus as large as the University of California, Riverside, it's always a smart idea to have some forms of directional signage. Directional signage can come in the form of poster board, cardboard, and etc. However, we prefer using coroplast for our signs. Why? Well, we believe that they make the most durable and best method of yard signage.

Coroplast signs are cost-efficient and can hold their own on a daily basis with little to no maintenance. They're the best ways for tour groups, visitors, faculty, and students to find their way around campus. The printed arrows are easy to follow and the text is easy to read, which makes it easy for lost folks to navigate around.

    ucr-directional-signage-yard-sign-durable-coroplast-sign

These signs are customizable too - in this case, we used the school's colors (blue and gold) to make a statement. Trust us, you can't go wrong with yard signs!

  • Signage Rules!

Signage is great. Why? Because sometimes, people just need a little reminder. Sometimes, there are rules and regulations that many people aren't aware of - which is why signage is needed. Signage is what helps reminds and helps people stay aware of basic rules and regulations.

For example, if you have a business that prohibits smoking, you can get a sign like the one below:

    no-smoking-coroplast-sign-small-coroplast-sign-signage-yard-sign

These signs definitely come in handy!

Our signs are made of corrugated plastic, which is also known as coroplast. We believe that coroplast yard signs are one of the best forms of signage. Coroplast is durable, weather-resistant, and can be placed indoors and outdoors. Our coroplast signs are vibrant, colorful, and easy to read - which are perfect for placing in places with high traffic. The signs we make are the highest of quality, which means you wont get any better signs anywhere else.

Our coroplast yard signs are typically 18" x 24", but we can make them as large or as small as you want!

    no-smoking-coroplast-signs-small-coroplast-signs-signage-yard-sign

Here at Banner4Sale, we can mass print many coro signs - as many as you want! Typically, we print them all of our small signs together and cut them up into individual signs - as seen above. This is known as cut to sizing.

Coroplast signs aren't just for posting the rules. They can also be used for real estate advertising, businesses, and for celebrations! Yard signs have a wide variety of uses, and it's up to you to decide what's best.
