banner making process

  • The "Rolling Out" Process

If you've been following our blog for a while, you've probably wondered what happens after our banners are printed and created.

It's easy to order a banner. We've got all types of banners. Vinyl banners, yard signage, printed wall graphics,  and etc. To start, go to our website at Banner4Sale. Choose the size you want from the various options and proceed. Depending on your choice, you'll be able to choose the material, size width, height, base color, finish options, and etc. You'll even be able to request proofs. Fill in the information, quantity, add in any special comments, and then add to cart. Now you'll be able to complete your checkout with your payment information. Once that's completed, upload your artwork (if you have any) and confirm your order. It's that simple!

Once we receive your order, we'll start making it. Our company uses the best banner-making equipment in the industry. Our printers are the most eco-friendly and use only the best materials. We'll print your order with the best ink and will take special care to ensure that the colors, format, and designs are up to par.

Okay, so now we've got a design printed. What happens next?

We'll use this 3M controltac sticker job as an example. In the picture below, they're being rolled out and placed on a flat surface. The rolls contain all of the sticker.

Here, you can see what they look like as they're being placed and straightened to size. The bar ensures that the sticker isn't crooked or placed incorrectly before being cut.

In the picture below, one of our crew members is using a vinyl cutter to hand-cut the vinyl. Quick and easy!

Then, they're rolled up and sent out to our client.

Of course, different vinyl stickers are treated differently depending on the type. Some banners and yard signs need grommets to be placed or need to be cut and trimmed even further. Some banners need to be sewn and stitched together. However, no matter which way your banner is made - it's guaranteed to be perfect. Always.
